Hawaii Superferry A Whole New Way To Get Around The Islands ,

The Hawaii Superferry Alaka'i, a four-story catamaran built in Mobile Ala, takes to the high seas around the islands offering interisland service between Honoulu, Maui and Kauai. Trips to the Big Island won't begin until 2009, when construction of the second ferry is completed.
The 900-passenger, 250-car catamarans will offer base tickets at prices between $52 and $62, and cars will ship for between $59 and $69, according to the Superferry website
