      Maui Beaches are consistently ranked among the best in the world. Whether you want to lounge around, find seclusion, or play in the beautiful Pacific Ocean, there is a beach for you on Maui. Starting with
Kaanapali Beach, won the 2003 award for best beach in the US. It is also known as Dig Me Beach among locals, next to Ho`okipa Beach
This is one of the world's top windsurfing and surfing spots, offering both waves and wind to the adventurous. Its location almost guarantees waves year round with the biggest waves coming during the winter. Honolua Bay
This area offers fantastic summertime snorkeling and diving and arguably the best winter time waves on Maui. The women's professional surfing tour concludes its season at Honolua Bay in Early December.
These three beaches in south Kihei offer the easiest sunbathing and mellow swimming. All three beaches offer fabulous sand, expansive grassy fields, plenty of parking, bathrooms, showers, and safe, warm, clean water with lifeguards watching over you and your family.
Each park has its own lifeguard stand.
Avoid these parks at night.
Kam III (the southernmost one) is one of the best places to watch sunset along the south shore. Kama'ole II is separated from Kama'ole I and Kama'ole III by rocky outcroppings, which have good snorkeling if the water is calm.

Lower Waiehu Beach Park Road, Waiehu, is a surfing and fishing beach. Mostly locals will be surfing here when the waves are just right. Watch out for divers coming ashore and trailing there fish behind them. Maui Beaches

Ulua Beach Park: Has excellent swimming, snorkeling, and beach combing. Early morning and sunset walkers and joggers abound. This beach is where many SCUBA instructors bring their students for their introductory beach dives, Maui Beaches

Waipuilani Park on Maui's south coast is a nice, large beachfront park with lawns and shady areas, ideal for a picnic.

Kalama Beach Park, became a municipal park in 1978 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.
This huge (36 acre) park is where events happen in Kihei

Charley Young Beach: just south of cove park. This is where the locals teach their friends to surf. The water is warm and shallow. and there are constant, regular breakers, giving beginners a chance to learn how to control their boards. The sand is soft and smooth. and slopes very gently into the ocean. Maui Beaches

  Keawakapu is a delightful picturesque white sand beach with a sandy bottom. Beach offers good swimming as well as some decent snorkeling since it is 1/2 mile long.   Maui Beaches

  Honokowai Beach Park - offers good swimming, sunbathing and a beach become favorite location for families staying at the number of condos around the Honokowai. Facilities include picnic area, BBQ grills (6), playground equipment, restrooms.   Maui Beaches

  DT Fleming Beach Park, This classic west Maui beach was named "America's Best Beach" in 2006. A long-time favorite for body and board surfing, this public park also features good swimming. Facilities include picnic tables and restrooms. Lifeguards on duty.   Maui Beaches

  Makena State Park comprises 165 acres (0.7 km2) coastal of south of Wailea on the island of Maui, Hawaii.
The largest beach, also known as "Big Beach" also known as "Makena Beach",
is 1.5 miles long and more than 100 feet wide.
"Little Beach" also known as "Puu Olai Beach" is a small beach just North of Big Beach separated by a steep lava outcropping nearby, Beach is one of the few beaches on the Hawaiian Islands where nude sunbathing is tolerated by local police.The beach is only 1/8th of a mile long and can seem crowded at peak times.
Black Sand Beach, also known as "Naupaka Beach", is considered one of the most unused beaches on Maui.

Oneloa Bay Beach, Whether you want to snorkel, swim, play golf or just sunbathe, Oneloa bay is a great place to go.

  Ukumehame Beach Park is on the Hono'apiilani Highway between the Pali and Lahaina. It is a very small park, with limited facilities. It has a nice beach, and is a good place to stop for a quick swim or a picnic lunch.   Maui Beaches

  Hanakaoo Beach Park or Canoe Beach is relatively undeveloped beach in Lahaina with ample parking and lifeguards. The beach is connected to Ka'anapali Beach, only the name changes as you go north.
The beach gets its name from the many Hawaiian outrigger canoes on shore.

  Kanaha Beach AKA Kahului "Kite Beach", is one of the premier windsurfing beaches in the world, second on Maui only to Ho'okipa Beach Park. When the swell is up, it's also popular with surfers. In recent years, kiteboarding has gained popularity as well.The beach is very large, and you can almost certainly find a secluded area any day of the week.

Excellent swimming with restrooms and equipment rentals. Along with most other Wailea beaches, the venue for a paved beach walk meandering past Wailea's hotels, restaurants and shops. Named "America's Best Beach" in 1999.

  Hana Beach Park, just south of Hana, off Hana Highway
Hana Beach Park is one the nicest swimming beaches. A favorite with local families, Hana Beach Park is one of the most popular swimming beaches on the island. Many local community events are held here.
